TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered through the ibilet.com website and mobile application. By purchasing any service from our site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in advance.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Service Provider: All services on the site are provided by VIO İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. (ibilet.com).
Intermediary Service: ibilet.com acts as a bridge between airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and the customer. The primary responsibility for the service lies with the respective supplier company.
Right to Amend: ibilet.com reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
2. RESERVATION AND PURCHASE
Accuracy of Information: The user is responsible for the accuracy of the name (as it appears in the passport), T.R. Identity Number, e-mail, and telephone information entered during the reservation.
Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed when the payment process is successfully completed, and a confirmation number (PNR or Reservation No) is generated by the system.
Prices: Taxes and service fees are included in the total price. However, amounts to be paid on-site, such as "city tax" applied by hotels or "extra insurance" fees from car rental companies, are not the responsibility of ibilet.com.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are collected via credit card or debit card using the 3D Secure secure payment infrastructure.
In installment transactions, interest differences and commission rates applied by banks are reflected to the user.
In case of suspicious transaction detection, ibilet.com has the right to cancel the transaction and request additional documents (copy of ID, etc.).
4. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND MODIFICATIONS
Service Fee: In case of any cancellation or refund, the "Service Fee" collected at the time of ticketing/reservation is non-refundable.
Supplier Rules: Cancellation and modification penalties are applied according to the rules determined by the relevant airline, hotel, or car rental company for that specific reservation.
Promotional Products: No refunds will be issued for promotional products specified as "Non-refundable."
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Visa and Passport: It is entirely the user's responsibility to check visa requirements, passport validity periods, and transit visa necessities for international travel.
Check-in: The user must be present at the relevant point (1.5 hours before for domestic flights, 3 hours for international flights) within a reasonable time before the flight or accommodation.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
User data is protected and processed within the scope of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and international standards. For detailed information, please review our "Privacy Policy" page.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Samsun Central Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
