SALES AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the site. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. PARTIES

• 1.1. Service Provider: VIO İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as "ibilet.com").

• 1.2. Customer/User: All real and legal persons who purchase flight tickets, hotel reservations, or car rental services via the http://www.ibilet.com website or mobile application.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

This agreement covers the following services provided through ibilet.com:

• Flight Ticket sales and reservation processes,

• Hotel and Accommodation facility reservations,

• Car Rental services and related additional services.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 3.1. Intermediary Institution Status: ibilet.com acts as an intermediary institution between the customer and the actual service provider (Airlines, hotels, car rental suppliers). ibilet.com cannot be held directly responsible for defective performance, cancellations, or supplier-sourced changes.

• 3.2. Accuracy of Information: The user is responsible for the accuracy of the name, surname, T.R. Identity Number, passport, and contact information provided during the reservation. Responsibility for ticket cancellations or inability to receive service due to incorrect notifications belongs to the user.

• 3.3. Price Changes: Suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Car Suppliers) may change their prices without prior notice. Prices are not guaranteed until the reservation is completed and payment is received.

4. SPECIAL SERVICE CONDITIONS

A - Flight Ticket Rules

• National and international general flight rules apply.

• ibilet.com has no responsibility in cases where the passenger is not accepted on the flight due to flight delays, cancellations, or insufficient passport/visa documents.

• Seats are not reserved for infant (0-2 years old) passengers; they travel on the lap.

B - Hotel Reservation Rules

• Hotel check-in and check-out times apply for accommodation services.

• No refunds are issued under any circumstances for rooms purchased with the "Non-refundable" label.

• Additional services to be received at the hotel (minibar, extra food, etc.) are not included in the reservation fee and must be paid directly to the hotel.

C - Car Rental Rules

• The rental agreement of the supplier company is essential for car rental transactions.

• The user's driver's license duration, age limit, and credit card limit (for deposit) must comply with the supplier's terms. If conditions are not met, the vehicle may not be delivered, and no refund may be issued.

5. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE TERMS

• 5.1. Service Fee: For all cancellation and refund transactions, the Service Fee collected during the booking or reservation process is non-refundable.

• 5.2. Supplier Rules: Cancellation and change penalties for each service (Flight/Hotel/Car) are applied at the rates determined by the relevant airline, hotel, or car rental company.

• 5.3. Name Changes: Due to security and regulations, name changes or the transfer of a reservation to another person cannot be made in confirmed reservations.

6. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

• Payments are made with Visa, Master Card, and American Express cards via the 3D Secure security system.

• In case of suspicious transactions (Fraud), ibilet.com may request additional confirmation or unilaterally cancel the transaction.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

ibilet.com cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by situations beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, or technical infrastructure failures.

8. AUTHORIZED COURT

Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

Approval: The user is deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this agreement at the moment they click the "Purchase" or "Confirm" button.
