Flight Ticket

Cancellation and refund procedures for flight tickets purchased through ibilet.com are subject to the rules and conditions set by the respective airline. These conditions may vary depending on the airline, ticket class, and fare type.

  • The service fee collected during ticketing is non-refundable.

  • Additional transaction fees may apply for cancellations or changes, depending on airline regulations.

  • For refundable tickets or those approved for refund by the airline, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • The reflection time of the refund amount to your bank or credit card may vary according to the processing periods of banks and card programs.

  • Any cancellation or refund request will apply to all passengers within the same reservation.

Bus Ticket

Cancellation and refund processes for bus tickets purchased from ibilet.com are evaluated within the framework of the relevant bus company's cancellation/refund policies. Conditions may vary by company and trip.

  • Refunds for eligible tickets are processed using the original payment method.

  • Reflection time of refund amounts to your account:

    • Credit card payments: 1 – 7 business days

    • Debit card payments: Between 1 – 20 business days.

  • Unless otherwise stated by the bus company, no deduction is applied to cancellable tickets.

Hotel Reservation

Cancellation and refund terms for accommodation services are determined by the hotel’s property policy and the rules of the selected room type (refundable/non-refundable).

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made on room types specified as "Non-refundable."

Car Rental

  • For cancellations made within a specific period before the rental time (usually 24 or 48 hours), a full refund is provided unless otherwise stated.

  • If the vehicle is returned early after the rental period has started, the refund for unused days is at the discretion of the supplier company.

  • For prepaid reservations, the "early cancellation fee" applied by the supplier is reserved.
