What is Online Check-in?
Online check-in is a convenient service that lets you check in for your flight over the internet before going to the airport. It helps you avoid long queues, choose your seat and get your boarding pass in advance.
Online check-in has become standard in modern aviation. Many airlines offer benefits such as priority boarding, free seat selection or extra baggage allowance. It significantly shortens time spent at the airport, especially for passengers travelling with hand luggage only.
When to Check In
Online check-in usually opens 24-48 hours before your flight and is available until 2-3 hours before departure. Some airlines allow check-in up to 7 days in advance.
Required Documents
You will need your booking reference (PNR), surname and flight dates. For international flights you may also be asked to enter passport or ID details.
Mobile Boarding Pass
After completing check-in you can receive your boarding pass by email or SMS. Keep it on your phone for easy use at the airport.

Important Information
Check-in Times
Check-in opening and closing times vary by airline. Generally they open 24-48 hours before the flight and close 2-3 hours before departure. Times may differ for international flights.
Baggage Drop-off
Even with online check-in, we recommend being at the airport at least 60 minutes before domestic and 90-120 minutes before international flights. If you have checked baggage you must visit the bag drop desk.
ID Documents
For domestic flights carry ID or driving licence; for international flights you must have a valid passport and any required visa documents.
Group Bookings
Some airlines restrict online check-in for group travel. In that case you may need to use the airport check-in desk.
