Ticket Cancellation and Refund

Ticket cancellation and refund processes are carried out in accordance with the rules set by the airline.

With member login; For cancellation processes, you can cancel your ticket through ibilet.com by going to "Quick Actions > Ticket Cancellation" section, entering your PNR (reservation number) and surname information in accordance with the cancellation rules. You can check your refund amount shown on the screen during the process according to the ticket cancellation rules. Upon your approval, your cancellation process will be completed.

Without member login; For cancellation processes, you can cancel your ticket through ibilet.com by going to "Quick Actions > Ticket Cancellation" section, entering your PNR (reservation number) and email or phone information in accordance with the cancellation rules. You can check your refund amount shown on the screen during the process according to the ticket cancellation rules. Upon your approval, your cancellation process will be completed.

For cancellation processes through the mobile application, you can perform your transactions via the 'Ticket Cancellation' option in the menu.

The refund amount for your cancelled flight ticket will be sent to the bank on the same day by us, and the refund to your card will be made by your bank.

Refund transactions take between 3 (three) to 7 (seven) business days depending on your credit card's bank.

The refund period for transactions made with debit cards may vary according to the refund procedures of the relevant banks.

Refunds for tickets issued with company invoices are processed after the invoice return procedures are completed. You can send your refund invoice to our accounting department via support@ibilet.com.

For refund transactions made through the call center, apart from online cancellations; in accordance with airline rules, along with any cancellation-refund penalty, a processing fee of 250 TL for domestic tickets and 600 TL for international tickets is applied.
